• To provide foundation and vocational training leading to employment for people in Southwark and South East London


• To ensure equal opportunities and to operate an open door policy responding to local needs


• To work with employers and the local community for the economic regeneration of Southwark and South East London.

In achieving our mission we aim to create opportunities for those most disadvantaged in the labour market through providing innovative, flexible and responsive programmes. These programmes take place within a safe, supportive but also challenging learning and working environment. We believe that everyone has something to offer, and value all people equally. We aim to help people develop their knowledge and skills so they can achieve their education or employment goals.

To ensure that we maintain our commitment to our values they are integrated into our staff development programme and quality assurance procedures.
