- Advanced Apprenticeships (NVQ Level 3, for learners who are employed)
- E2E (Entry to Employment)
- Schools Programmes
You can view our Prospectus to see in more detail the programmes and vocations we offer.
At Southwark we have well-equipped classrooms and up-to-date IT suites. Our E2E (Entry to Employment) programme also operates from a base in Kingston.
We are part of CSV web site’s (Community Service Volunteers) Training and Enterprise Division and have been established as a training provider since 1981.
The Training and Enterprise division runs nine other training operations across the country. Other Springboards local to us are Springboard Hackney, Springboard Bromley and Springboard Islington. CSV is the UK’s leading volunteering agency and provides support and guidance to thousands of people each year across a range of programmes.
CSV was founded in 1962 by Mora and Alec Dickson, who also founded VSO (Voluntary Service Overseas). Their philosophy guides us today - everyone should be able to take part in the life of their community. Springboard Southwark is firmly committed to equal opportunities and operates an ‘open door’ policy - all learners are welcome to apply, whatever their ability or background.
Support us
In order to provide work-based training to our learners we need to work in partnership with employers and other groups. If you are an employer and interested in providing a work-placement opportunity for one of our learners please read our Employers page. This explains the benefits and commitment involved. Other groups that work with us will find the Prospectus page helpful when advising clients of the programmes we offer.
