Welcome to Springboard Southwark

Springboard Southwark offers a wide range of training, primarily for young people, to help them develop and improve their skills. We offer pre-employment and work-based programmes to people living in the London boroughs of Southwark, Kingston and beyond.

We believe that everyone has something to offer, and value all people equally. We aim to help people develop their knowledge and skills so they can achieve their education or employment goals.

Our main site is in Southwark, but we also provide our services from a base in Kingston.

We have links with many employers, and are always keen to hear from employers who are interested in providing work placement opportunities.
